The system fetches the official rate of the day and applies it to every sale with nobody typing it in. If the rate is not out yet, it warns that it is using the previous day's instead of charging with a wrong figure.
Costs and prices are stored in dollars and the bolivar amount is worked out at checkout with that day's rate. When the rate moves you do not go in and edit price by price: your margin holds on its own, even with weekly inflation.
Record a Cashea sale without leaving the POS: the down payment, the remaining balance, the instalments the customer pays and alerts when they have dues. The cash close brings its own Cashea section with sold, collected and outstanding amounts.
USB or wireless barcode scanners of any brand work with nothing to install, because they type like a keyboard. It prints receipts on 58, 80 and 110 mm thermal printers, and labels on Xprinter or Zebra. It reads and generates EAN-13, Code 128 and UPC.
When the register is closed the system emails the day's report to the address you set, with the breakdown per payment method and the difference between expected and counted. You can see how your business closed without being there.

Apply one discount to the whole sale or a different one to each product. You set in Settings how far the cashier may discount, and zero disables it entirely. The receipt shows the breakdown.
Type the receipt number and process the return. The sale is kept and marked as returned, so it never vanishes from your figures, and the goods go back into stock. Reports list returns separately.
If an invoice was issued wrongly, void it: the system returns the stock and frees that receipt number for reuse. It requires typing ANULAR to confirm and is allowed only once per sale.
Extend store credit to your staff under clear rules: credit limit, term, staff discount and payment schedule (weekly or fortnightly) for each one. The system tracks the active balance and payment history.
Sell licences, streaming accounts, memberships and services with an expiry date. The system tracks the cut-off date, emails the customer before it expires, flags overdue accounts and records every renewal. Run digital-only or mix it with physical goods.

Run two or more registers connected to the same local server. Each terminal invoices with its own guaranteed numbering: two cashiers can charge in the same second and no two receipts will ever share a number. If the database already had duplicates, the system repairs them during the update.
If a register loses its connection to the server, the system neither closes nor freezes: it shows an orange notice and keeps responding. When the connection returns, the notice clears by itself. The secondary register invoices instantly even on an unstable network.
Each user signs in on one machine at a time. Attempting to sign in on a second PC is rejected. If a machine shuts down or the power fails, the session releases itself in 3 minutes, and the administrator can release it instantly from the Users module.

Set wholesale price tiers per product plus an automatic discount for customers paying cash in dollars. Discounts are mutually exclusive — only one applies per sale — and the receipt shows the breakdown.
Fix a billing mistake without touching the database. It can only be used once per sale, authorisation is protected by an administrator password, and the state is validated against the database, not the browser.
The system backs up the database every few hours, configurable by you. Backups restore correctly and a fresh one is required before any update. Your sales do not depend on someone remembering to copy anything.
