Can I bring the data from my previous system?

Yes. Unipro Contable is the modernization of the PSPLani3 FoxPro system: the chart of accounts is imported from DBF files or from Excel, along with the purchases and sales of the period, so you start with your own information instead of from scratch.

How many companies can I manage?

As many as you need. Each company is created from the system and isolated by a global data filter, so one company's accounting never shows up in another's. Switching companies is one click in the panel.

Do the books come out in the format SENIAT requires?

Yes. The Sales and Purchase books are generated with the tax format columns, including taxable base, VAT, exempt amounts and withholdings, and export to PDF, Excel or CSV. VAT withholdings also produce the TXT file uploaded to the portal.

Does it handle the inflation adjustment?

Yes. You classify accounts as monetary and non-monetary, load the period INPC, and the system calculates the restatement and builds the adjustment summary book.

Can I correct a voucher that is already posted?

Yes. The system lets you unpost the voucher, correct it and post it again. Everything is recorded in the audit log with the user and the date.

What do I need to install it?

A server or computer with PHP 8.3 and MySQL, or your cPanel hosting. The assisted installation is performed by Carlos Coffer and is included in the price.

Is the data mine?

100%. The system lives on your own server. No one else has access and you can back up the database whenever you want.

How do I pay?
